Weekly Bulletin – October 8-12
Parents, please remember the uniform policy. Dress code is one way we communicate our decision to focus on academic behavior. All students must either be in the royal blue or yellow HFA: Elementary embroidered shirts with navy blue pants or skirts/skorts (no jumpers) for girls. If you are waiting for your uniform shirt to arrive your child must wear a white shirt and navy blue pants. Students are NOT to wear black pants.
We are currently MEAP testing until October 26th. To help your child do his/her best:
Þ Make sure that your child attends school and is on time each testing day;
Þ Ensure your child gets a good night's sleep before testing;
Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held on Thursday October 18th from 1:30pm-7pm and on Friday October 19th from 9:00am-1:30pm. Attached to this bulletin you will find a Parent/Teacher Conference sign up sheet. Please choose your top three time slots and we will do our best to meet your preferred time. A confirmation of your time will be given to you by Monday October 15th. Please return your sign up sheet to your child’s teacher by Friday October 12th. If we don’t receive your sign up sheet by Friday October 12th your child will be assigned a time slot. Looking forward to seeing you all next week!

Friday, October 19- No School (Parent/Teacher Conferences 9am-1:30pm)
Friday, October 26 – Last Day of MEAP Testing
