We are pleased to bring you this week's Weekly Bulletin.

Weekly Bulletin – November 28th –December 5th

Henry Ford Academy: Elementary School Families:

We are into the second week of the 2nd Marking Period.  We look forward to another successful 9-weeks of learning, innovative and creative thinking.  We will recognize our students in the upcoming weeks for their hard work during the 1st Marking Period.  Please continue to encourage your child to study and practice their reading and math skills at home.

Early and Late Pick-Up

We continue to experience a high number of parents picking up students before the 4pm dismissal time.  Parents, early dismissal disrupts the learning environment of your child and their peers.  It would also be helpful if parents wait outside of the building or participate in the pick up system to pick up their child after school.  It is equally important that all students are picked up by 4:20 p.m. If a student is picked up after that time, an after care fee may be assessed. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me.

Reminder:

Parents it is important that your child is in school daily and on time.  Every minute of the day counts towards providing the best educational experience for your child.  Let’s work together to make sure your child is here on time by 8:25 am.  If you want your child to have breakfast at the school, they must arrive between 8:00am-8:20am.
